ES was founded and is led by a woman, standing out over time for its concrete commitment to equality and inclusion. This journey led the agency to obtain, in March 2024, the UNI PdR 125:2022 gender equality certification issued by Bureau Veritas, which recognized its pioneering role among lobbying firms in Italy. In December 2023, ES also received the ‘Impresa Rosa’ label from the Lazio Region, a recognition that highlights businesses led by women and committed to promoting equal opportunities in the workplace.

Report behaviors that do not comply with Gender Equality and Equal Opportunities

To ensure the effective implementation of our Gender Equality Policy, Informa has established a procedure that allows those working in our services and workplaces (employees and collaborators), supplier companies, and stakeholders to report inappropriate conduct or suspected behaviors that may constitute a possible violation of company procedures and regulations regarding Gender Equality, established in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022.

Reports submitted through the form are handled by the Gender Equality Steering Committee.

Reports made with the intent of defamation, slander, or knowingly false information will be treated in accordance with applicable laws.
